This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected when you use the ExpenseTracR mobile application. By using the app, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

The following information may be collected:

  • Email address used to create and identify your account
  • Expense/Income data you manually enter (amounts, categories, notes, dates)

3. How Your Information Is Used

The collected information is used to:

  • Provide and improve the app's core functionality
  • Fix bugs and improve performance
  • Analyze general usage patterns to enhance user experience

4. Data Storage

All expense/income data you enter is stored locally on your device. Sync features can be enabled purchasing a subscription.

5. Third-Party Services

Third-party services are used for the purpose of cloud related features such as data synchronization.

6. In-App Purchases

If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. Payment information is not collected or stored.

7. Data Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Users are encouraged to keep their devices secured with a password or biometric lock.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13. Personal information is not knowingly collected from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Data Deletion Request

For data that is stored on the ExpenseTracR servers, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a data deletion request, please contact support at support@rmtech.my.id with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Your request will be processed within 30 days and delete or anonymize your data from the records.

Data stored locally on your device can be deleted at any time from the app's settings or uninstalling the app.

Please note that deleting your account will permanently remove all your expense/income data and cannot be undone.
